About MicroCon

MicroCon is an annual convention held in Atlanta, Georgia. It was first held in 1987 and has convened most years since.

Programming runs thirty minutes across a single track and includes opening ceremonies, a costume contest, a tournament, a panel, social programming, and closing ceremonies. A dealers’ hall operates throughout and is not scheduled.

Attendance is limited to thirteen members. Memberships are confirmed in advance and are not sold at the door.

MicroCon is organised each year by an acting Host, who is responsible for programming, and who selects the following year’s Host. Attendance figures and Hosts for every recorded year are published in Past Years.
